Wonderful Summer Rejuvenation And/Or Get Fit Program

I promise to:
-Run in the morning
-Drink 8 glasses of water a day
-Get a sports bra
-Get shorts that aren’t denim
-Stop eating junk food
-Stop drinking soda
-Meditate once in a while
-Start doing more art
-Read 5 or more books
-Smile more
and -Not care about what other people think I can or can’t accomplish
By the end of the summer!
